One of Britains oldest twins dies aged 102

Betty Richards upheld afar usually dual months after she and sister Jenny Pelmore distinguished their birthday on Jan 1 with a brandy and ginger for the former and a solitaire for the latter.

The twins came in to the universe on New Year"s Day in 1908 - the year Henry Ford constructed his initial Model T car.

They were innate in Manchester when King Edward VII was on the bench and the alloy who delivered them arrived on horseback.

Both sisters were widowed and lived nearby each alternative in Feock, nearby Truro, Cornwall.

Betty was a cabinet member and tied together Brandon Richards in 1936 and had young kids Peter and Gina.

Great grandmother-of-two Jenny was a hothouse clergyman and tied together Hugh Pelmore, an RAF commander who raced Bentley cars.

Jenny was as well dissapoint to speak about her sister"s death, who last year pronounced the tip of her longevity was "staying healthy".

"Live in the moment," she said. ""Life is most faster right away but the usually thing I don"t assimilate is computers."

Mrs Pelmore combined that she did not think about her age much. "The tip is keep smiling and keep going," she added.
